In addition to the products we make for others, we develop and market surprising food and beverage concepts, packed in glass. We want to bring life into the price-driven supermarket shelves with nice, beautiful, trendy, distinctive, refreshing, honest and above all tasty concepts. We used to do that from a separate company ‘Eat ID’. Since the first of January Eat ID and Glasbest merged.

Jean Bâton
In the sixties, Jan Stok, worked in the kitchen on the ships of the Holland-America line. Being ‘chef garde manger’, he was responsible for the ‘cold kitchen’ His French colleagues soon started translating his name into ‘Jean Bâton’. By that name he was known for his perfect cold sauces.
